There’s no official support for Hackintosh issues and you’ll have to rely on the Hackintosh community.
Though It’s not legal, you’re not going to be jailed for it. So, if you’re doing it on your own and you’re not planning on selling Hackintoshes commercially, you’re going to be fine. Apple sued them to oblivion and they ceased their existence. However, there is a well-known case of Psystar, a company that was based in Florida that sold Hackintoshes with Mac OS X 10.5 pre-installed.
